Sean’s professional journey spans more than four decades and three continents, beginning in the gaming industry in England and leading to leadership roles across the Caribbean and the U.S. After launching his career in 1979, he rose through the ranks to help spearhead groundbreaking ventures—including one of the first riverboat casinos outside Nevada and New Jersey in the early ‘90s. His work has always centered on one mission: helping leaders rise by creating workplaces that actually work—for everyone.

After years of guiding businesses in hospitality and healthcare, Sean formally launched Sean Barnard Consulting (formerly Fifty Eight LLC) in partnership with industry thought leader Dr. Dustin Burleson. Since then, the consultancy has partnered with clients nationwide to foster strong cultures, retain top talent, and elevate leadership at every level. Following a two-year operational leadership role with a prominent dental group, Sean returned full-time to his consulting practice—bringing fresh insights and renewed focus to the clients he serves.
